Congratulations to Schweitzer Fellow Nicole Sillaman, who was recently honored with the 2013-2014 Dress for Success Columbus Sisterhood Award for her work on her Women2Women Mentoring Program Fellowship project. Women2Women assists low income women who are interested in gaining professional career guidance while improving their overall health.

Sillaman’s project, launched in September in conjunction with the Schweitzer Fellow mission to help develop leaders in service, provides career mentorship to unemployed and low-income women along with health, wellness, and financial insights and programming. Called the Women2Women Mentoring Program, Sillaman’s award-winning initiative works in partnership with the nonprofit organization Dress for Success Columbus.
